Everyone feels it at some point.
The feeling of not being good enough or a fraud even after experiencing genuine success.
 Imposter Syndrome is a behavioural response to a stressful stimulus. We can relearn our habitual response to that stimulus.
You can focus on your role model to help fight imposter syndrome. If they can you can.
Imposter Syndrome is not low self-esteem, a lack of confidence, and incompetence. It is not a psychological condition – although, if left unchecked, in extreme cases IS can create psychological conditions such as depression.
If suffering from imposter syndrome you should work on accepting success.
rethink our attitude to “good enough”,
reassess failure as a consequence of IS,
rethink failure as an opportunity to learn and grow,
understand where our imposter syndrome came from, and
have a look at some strategies to give us long-term behavioural change so we can enjoy the success we truly deserve.
